Efashion is exclusively for fashion professionals. To access pricing and products, you must create an account using your SIRET/SIREN number and a copy of your K-Bis. Private individuals are not allowed to place orders on our website.
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), instant bank transfer via Fintecture, and payment in 3 installments or within 30 days via HERO (mainland France and overseas territories only). PayPal is not accepted.
After placing your order, suppliers have 48 hours to prepare and hand over the parcel to the carrier. Delivery then takes 24–48 hours within France (DPD, UPS), 48–72 hours (Colissimo), 48–72 hours across Europe, and up to one week for destinations outside Europe.
Minimum order amounts are set by each supplier. They range from €0 to €250, with an average of around €80 (excl. VAT) per supplier. If you order from multiple suppliers, each minimum applies separately.
We update stock levels weekly, but cannot guarantee 100% availability. In case of stock shortages, you will be notified by email and can either replace the item with another reference or request a refund.
Once your order has been shipped, the tracking number is available in your account under “My Orders.” Clicking on it will redirect you to the carrier’s website for real-time tracking.
You have 7 calendar days after receipt to contact our customer service at service@efashion-paris.com. Return shipping costs are at your expense, and a credit note will be issued by the supplier.
Yes. We work with Hipay and the 3-D Secure authentication system. Your banking details are encrypted using SSL technology and are never transmitted in plain text on our site. Hipay is authorized by the ACPR.
Please contact us at service@efashion-paris.com within 7 calendar days of receipt, including photos of the affected items. Our team will provide a solution within 48 business hours.
Yes. During registration, check the box “My company is being created” to get temporary 7-day access to catalogs and pricing. Once you receive your K-Bis, send it to service@efashion-paris.com to activate your account.
