1. Purpose of the efashion-paris.com website

Easy Line works with fashion professionals and aims to bring together wholesalers (hereinafter, the "Wholesalers-Sellers") and ready-to-wear retailers (hereinafter, the "Retailers-Buyers").

Through its website www.efashion-paris.com (hereinafter, the “Site”), Easy Line offers:

• Wholesalers-Sellers of ready-to-wear clothing for men, women, children, leather goods, shoes and fashion accessories, who have previously signed an intermediation agreement with Easy Line, the possibility to display and sell their items (hereinafter, the “Items”) on the Site;
• Retailers-Buyers who have created a buyer account, the possibility to purchase Items directly on the Site.

Easy Line acts solely as an intermediary and is never the owner or reseller of the Items.

2. Purpose and scope

These Terms and Conditions aim to inform Retailers-Buyers about the conditions under which Wholesalers-Sellers sell and deliver Items.

They apply without restriction to all sales on the Site.

Placing an order implies full acceptance of these Terms.

The term "User" refers to any person browsing the Site.

3. Purchase of Items

Access is reserved for professionals legally able to contract under French law.

Account creation is free.

Easy Line may refuse access.

3.1 Registration

The Buyer must register and provide:

• Company name
• VAT or SIRET number
• KBIS
• Email
• Password
• Contact name
• Addresses
• Business activity
• Phone number

3.2 Account management

The Buyer can manage their account and orders.

3.3 Orders

The ordering process includes selection, validation, payment and confirmation.

3.3.1 Availability

Items are available while stocks last.

3.3.2 Delivery

Delivery occurs after payment.

3.3.3 Claims

Claims must be made within 7 days.

3.3.4 Returns

No withdrawal right for professionals.

3.3.5 Prices

Prices are in euros excluding tax.

3.3.6 Payment

Payment methods include card and transfer.

System data is proof of transactions.
