I DON'T LIKE AN ITEM, CAN I RETURN IT?

If you change your mind upon receiving your order, you have the option to make a claim by contacting our customer service by email at the following address: service@efashion-paris.com within 7 calendar days after receipt.

In this case, the return shipping costs will be at your expense and you will receive a credit note from this supplier. Once the goods have been received by the supplier, you will be reimbursed in the form of a credit note or promo code.

I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE ITEM OR THE SUPPLIER MADE AN ERROR IN MY ORDER. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We apologize for the inconvenience and invite you to contact our customer service by email at the following address: service@efashion-paris.com, within 7 calendar days after receiving the order, stating the object of the claim in detail and attaching photos of the items concerned.

Our team will then make every effort to offer you a solution within 48 business hours.

IN CASE OF A RETURN, WHO PAYS THE COSTS?

If the error comes from the supplier or Efashion, a prepaid return label will be sent to you by email to proceed with the return via La Poste. You will not have to pay any costs upfront. You will have 72 hours to ship the returned goods.

WHAT IS THE DEADLINE FOR MAKING A CLAIM?

You have a period of 7 calendar days from the receipt of your parcels to send us your claim. Beyond this period, claims cannot be processed.
